Counseling & Consulting ~ BOZEMAN, MONTANA

Safe spaces to get REAL about hard things

You have choices...

We offer two ways to support your growth and healing:

Private Counseling
One-on-one sessions provide a confidential, personalized space to process challenges, build resilience, and focus on the changes you want, or do not want, in your life.

Workshops
Our workshops bridge counseling with community to provide cost-sharing options for safe, supportive groups where you’ll explore new skills, gain practical tools, and connect with others facing similar experiences. Perfect for managing anxiety, depression, grief, ADHD, low self-esteem, or life transitions, workshops give you strategies and encouragement you can use right away…and you never have to feel alone.

Grief Yoga

1v1 or GROUP CLASS

Grief Yoga is a new spin on an ancient practice anyone can do from almost anywhere. Not your typical Asana (yoga-poses) practice, Grief Yoga uses movement, breath, and sound to release pain and struggle while fostering a deeper connection to empowerment and love. If you’re new or have never tried yoga, no worries! Grief Yoga can be done in a chair or on your mat…or both!

Grief Recovery Method

1v1 or GROUP CLASS

The Grief Recovery Method Workshop will help you complete emotional experiences left undone after your loss. We offer a safe, evidence-based environment for grievers to take effective and lasting action, no matter the type of loss experienced. This is an eight-week group experience using The Grief Recovery Handbook, 20th Edition, and requiring weekly homework.

Intro to Grief Yoga and the Grief Recovery Method

1v1 or GROUP CLASS

Join us for a 2-hour workshop introducing a unique spin on an ancient practice ANYONE can do from almost anywhere!
Transform pain into power with a supportive community of grievers. Explore common myths and behaviors
associated with grief while discovering new tools and resources for healing.

Perfect Schmerfect: Let's get
R.E.A.L. about the "Sh" word

GROUP CLASS

The “S” word…shame. It’s common. It’s painful. And yet…so many of us suffer in silence. You don’t have to face it alone!

The Disruptors: An award-winning film about thriving with ADHD

GROUP EVENT

Join us for an inspiring and eye-opening evening as we screen The Disruptors…the groundbreaking documentary that explores the challenges and superpowers of living with ADHD.
